Where is my order?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming  that we have received it and that it is being processed. We use a courier from Australia Post to send all our packages out internationally. After your parcel has been picked up by our courier, you will be notified with another email to advise that it is en-route to you. This email will contain a unique Tracking Number, allowing you to virtually watch your order leave our store until it reaches your doorstep.

You can enter your Tracking Number above to see its progress.
Depending on the carrier, further communication by either email or SMS is to be expected to update your on your order’s status.

Can I talk to someone about my order?

Absolutely! We are replying to emails 24/7 around the clock. Email our friendly Customer Service team orders@albertwinston.com for quick answers to any of your queries!

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1 – 2 weeks worldwide.

Customers in Argentina, Canada and South Africa: We are experiencing problems with deliveries into these countries. Due to issues outside of our control, postal services are being impacted and deliveries will take longer than usual. We have confidence that deliveries will still reach our customers but cannot guarantee how long this will take. 

 

I entered the wrong address – what should I do?

The delivery address for an order must be a valid address and cannot be amended once the order has been paid for and is being processed.

You can try to email us if you made this error, and we will do whatever we can to change the address if it has not been sent out.
